Thank you for shopping with Cuisora. We strive to provide quality kitchen products and a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 business days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must satisfy all of the conditions described in this policy.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team to request return authorization. Returns submitted without prior authorization, where applicable, may not be accepted.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 business days after delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

  • The product must include all original packaging, boxes, wrapping, protective materials, accessories, manuals, complimentary items, and any other components received with the order.

  • For any claim involving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, you must provide an uncut unboxing video clearly showing the unopened package, the product, and the reported issue. If this video is not provided, we may be unable to verify the claim and may decline the request.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items with the original tags, labels, or stickers removed.

  • Products returned without their original packaging, box, wrapping, or protective materials.

  • Items returned without the accessories, manuals, free gifts, or other components included with the original purchase.

  • Products with stains, odors, smoke smell, pet hair, or any visible signs of use.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Clearance, final sale, or products marked as "Non-Returnable," unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Items returned after the 30-business-day return period has expired.

  • Products returned with missing parts or components that were included at the time of delivery.

  • Returns submitted without prior return authorization, where applicable.

  • Claims that do not include the required uncut unboxing video when verification is necessary.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Cuisora is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.

If the returned item does not meet the requirements of this policy, the refund request may be declined.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly.

  • The required uncut unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the reported issue.
